There's the FAQ for simple question-and-answer stuff.  However if it's a
vaguely CVSNT related article then it's worth putting in there.

It could do with articles specific to various frontends (WinCVS, TortoiseCVS,
Eclipse, etc.) covering pitfalls and how to get around them.  Possibly a
glossary (since we often throw around words like sandbox without really
defining them).
