Oooooh.... I've been checking out my CVSROOT module and not seeing the
passwd file.  So, I thought it wasn't there or was otherwise empty.  So, I
went browsing and found it.  Cool.  That's exactly what I needed.  Also, can
I simply add/delete users in that file?  Or do I have to use the passwd
command?
