Hmm - this spells trouble :-)

There are not many people using Win98, but once in a while some 
Win98-specific problem is reported in TortoiseCVS, so I know there are 
*some* users.

But I understand your problem - I also rely entirely on users' feedback 
for fixing Win98 bugs.
