There isn't really such a thing as a "logged in user" to CVS as it operates
rather state-less most of the time. Connections to the server last only as
long as it takes to execute a command. There is no such thing as a user
"session".
The existence of the Login and Logout commands is probably a bit misleading
in this respect. All these two commands really do is create or delete an
entry in the local password cache which is re-used for every connection to
the server.
