Hmm, did you actually read *anything* about CVS? This is one of the very basic
functions that is *always* covered in any CVS usage document...

>From WinCvs:
Select file
Issue update command
In settings box shown select tab "Update options"
In Sticky options check Retrieve rev/tag/branch
Set the value in the combobox to 1.1
Click OK
