[cvsnt] Server hangs/crashes

When I try to save the crash dump I got this message: "Failed to save dump 
file to 'd:\cvstemp\cvsnt-2.0.11.dmp'. (error 50)"
Path is ok. A 0-length file is written. There is enough space (I presume).
