[cvsnt] Server hangs/crashes

Yes, it's a local drive on the NT server.
I uninstalled CVSNT an re-installed it using the Windows installer for 
2.0.11. Same error.
Then I set up the temp dir to another drive, same error.
There is no AV running in the server.
