[cvsnt] CVSMailer setup problem

Did you try reading though the log file?  It looks like no one is watching
the file(???).  You also haven't configured the email address of your own
account so you get the "ReplyTo disabled".

Note that I haven't used this mailer yet (but I plan to).  There just seems
to be some things to chase down that are readily apparent in the output.
