FYI: It is working now with 2.0.9 using quotes. The other alternatives
sometimes had some funny effects... e.g. using a backslash to escape
the spaces like in:

  mymodule -d Folder\ With\ Spaces RepoModule

will create a third-level folder called " Spaces" (note the leading
space character) whose parent folder is " With" (leading space again)
and so on...
Funny and totally unexpected but acceptable given that quotes do work
as expected now.

Cheers,
