Probably when you setup the readers file you added yourself - this stops you
from doing anything that might modify the repository (including removing
yourself from the readers file).  You need to login as a user with write
access and remove yourself.

Alternatively it's possible you set up a writers file and did the opposite
error - forgot to add yourself.  Same solution, basically.
