That's an active directory initialization for Kerberos authentication, 
IIRC.  It can be ignored (unless you're trying to authenticate against AD 
with Kerberos, of course).

I've seen reports that McAfee firewall needs to be *uninstalled* before all 
it's effects are removed.  Also note that normally you don't see anything 
when you telnet to cvsnt, press enter then you'll get the "bad auth 
protocol start" error indicating that you're talking to the cvsnt server.
