Hello!

Adding text files with -ktz option (cvs add -ktz) on branch adds some
garbage (12 bytes (hex): 00 00 00 00 78 7C 03 00 00 00 00 01) to the end of
file after commit.
Adding the same files on trunk does not do this.

I tried this on CVSNT 2.0.34 and 2.0.36, both client and server.
