If you use WinCvs then you will find a browsing function in the places
where you will have a need for it (in the checkout dialogue).
You can also use the cvs ls command from the command line to get a
list of the files on the server. The cvs ls command has switches that
makes it recurse folders among other things so it should do what you
need (but since cvs is a command line tool there is no flashy
graphical display of anything).
