Well, it is moot anyway because cvsgraph does not use the RCS tools at all.. A ViewCvs list member contacted the author of cvsgraph and got the message that it parses the RCS files using it's own parser built on flex/yacc.. And the author does not have the time to update it himself anymore. So I guess that is the end of cvsgraph usage in ViewCvs, at least against CVSNT repositories.
