[cvsnt] CVSNT as non root

I wist to host a remote repository for personal use on a server.
The problem is that I don't have the root permissions for the server,
and hence i wont be able to modify the xinet.d files to run the pserver.
Is there any way that to host the cvs repository without involving the
admins ?
