Mirroring the support groups here sounds good, but since they require an
account, I'm afraid it won't work. The list I referred to is a very
low-volume developers mailing list, not a support group.

Thanks for clarifying this, I missed that second dialog. The related bug is
already in Eclipse's Bugzilla:
