It might be case sensitive -- some parts of CVSNT are still case 
sensitive, I think.  Check your history or log info and see what CVS is 
getting as your information (e.g. from a previous commit) and use that 
exactly.

If that is the case then please add a report to the bug database so it 
can be addressed some time in the future.
