CVSNT is trying to get a login token from the DC as the aliased user, 
but without the correct password maybe?

Fish--As a test (I'm probably very wrong here...) try syncing the 
password of your domain\cvsuser and your local cvs real user.  Note that 
this is a total shot in the dark.
