Using log, history, status, diff... you can get all sorts of information 
out.  What do you need specifically?

It has a habit of producing too much information rather than too 
little...  you need to write scripts to parse the output to whatever you 
need usually.  There are some 3rd party apps that do this (produce 
graphs, charts, etc.)
