Exactly... this is the recommended procedure. If you like to alter files from 
two different accounts each account should have its own WAMP setup otherwise 
your sandboxes get mixed up. Remember that CVS is not only a version control 
system but also good for deploying applications. So why do you want to use 
webdav/ftp from "Martys" PC to save your alterations on your PC? Commit them, 
make an update on your local box (you could e.g. install a vnc server to do 
this remotely) and watch your changes.
