The suggestion to work around that is to create a user with the email 
address you want to send it to, and have them in the appropriate 
group(s) to get the email you want.  It actually gives you more control 
over what gets sent to the list (not that you need it in this case).

I'm interested in getting it to work myself, hopefully if someone else 
has it working they can post the results here (and/or to the Mantis list).
