[cvsnt] CVS ACL - nowrite option does'nt work

I was having the same problems, didn't get it working yet but still gotta 
try something (see emails from Tony last weekend)

One thing though: what version of cvsnt are you using? I got cvsnt 2.0.58d 
and as far as I know "setacl" was replaced by "chacl" a few versions ago?
