This is in the FAQ - basically if the LSA stuff causes you problems,
uninstall it.  Interaction with certain apps seem to break it, and
altough the DLL itself is very simple and has little to go wrong, the
LSASS on Windows is extremely  fragile.

OTOH on Win2003 you should never see this as long as your AD
controller is also Win2003, as it's not needed in that case.

The current list of apps known to break it are AVG Antivirus and
ZoneAlarm.
