That popup is just bogus - it comes up whether there's a prefix or
not.

It's perfectly possible to setup a repository with no drive letter
(although I suspect that would have to be drive on C).  Of course on
the Unix CVSNT builds there are no drive letters anyway.

Eclipse is really starting to irritate me.  They won't give any
feedback or bug reports then start putting up bogus error messages
that mean nothing simply because someone is running a CVSNT server.
