SSPI reuses Windows authentication. Therefore, if you are already a user 
of the domain, you don't have to (/should not) specify your username in 
the CVSROOT. If you do you will also have to explicitly make your user 
account known to CVSNT via cvs passwd. You should also omit the @ 
character from the CVSROOT.
