If you see cvs.exe there and it keeps on going and you are sure noone
is actually doing a long operation in cvs, then you have a hung
process right there.
Kill it.
I have a scheduled task that every night at 4:52 issues kill cvs.exe.
After I installed it (a long time ago) I hev not encountered any more
file lock problems that happened for some users before.
