The cvsnt permissions are distantly related to those patches, but have been 
mostly rewritten.. many of the semantics are different.  There's no 
adduser/deluser in cvsnt as it's part of passwd.  You might get chacl/lsacl to 
work (the original patches had no branch support though).

cvs passwd is totally different as the old version used to send the new 
password cleartext whereas cvsnt crypts it first.. there's also the domain 
support and user alias support that the old passwd didn't have.
