[cvsnt] 2.0.47 - :fork: (still) fails

...as it did in 2.0.46.

Anything using :fork: causes a seg fault. For instance,
    cvs -d :fork:/Repository ls

gives a dialog box with "The instruction at 0x0045ece7 referenced memory at
0x00000018. The memory could not be read."

    cvs -d :sspi:localHost:/Repository ls works fine, as does pserver.
Haven't tried any others.
