Nah, Pterry would clarify more, probably via a footnote.  Something like
"This is historical*."  [Interesting guy, wish I'd got that half hour
radio interview with him]

CVSNT is dynamic enough to change things that are historical, though.
Although Tony tries to maintain compatibility wherever feasible.
