[cvsnt] a strange problem to a cvs newie

Hi!

    I use cvsnt as the followed config:
        server: win2k + cvsnt 2.0.41a
        client: winxp + tortoisecvs

when i use PSERVER protocol,i get a ERROR message

 C:\Program Files\TortoiseCVS\cvs.exe -q checkout -P CODE_kono
CVSROOT=:pserver:fisher at win2ksrv:D:/cvs
    cvs [checkout aborted]: Fatal error, aborting.
    fisher: Switch to user failed due to configuration error.  Contact your
System Administrator.

but when i use SSPI protocol it is ok.
Why?
