You must specify the -k option when using -f - it's actually
documented somewhere that it's supposed to do this (not just in the
sourcecode), so I've left it alone.

Using force revision is strongly discouraged anyway.  It makes sense
that if you're doing something as drastic as forcing a revision number
you're actually probably trying to commit a completely new file so the
previous -k option shouldn't apply.
