Not easily... the prefix is a global setting on the server, although it 
might be possible to hack it somehow.

Last time I tried eclipse if you ignored the dialog it let you log in 
anyway... they must have changed it to phyiscally stop you from logging 
into the CVSNT server, which is a bit of a problem really.. which 
version do you have?  I'll see if I can see what it's doing and work 
around it.
