Nice. We use mantis here and are very happy with it.

Mantis doesn't process email replies unfortunately. It only generates
emails when certain events happen (new bugs etc). Not sure what you were
expecting it to do though. It is fairly configurable on when you want
those emails sent though. It can however send an email to a default
address for every action like cvs commits can.

BTW: Any chance you can set the list up so that replying goes to the
list rather than the original poster? I keep hitting reply and only
sending things to the original poster.
