Here I am again, now with another strange problem: I have Forte Free Agent newsreader installed on both my laptop and desktop. On both I have connected to the news.cvsnt.org server since a long time back. Problem: When I do a news update on my laptop I get a lot of new articles for the cvsnt group but nothing for cvsgui. When I do a news update on my desktop I get nothing at all. My last article on cvsnt is dated March 6 with title "Server moved"... I have been on the road and now when i am back I can connect my laptop to the home LAN and do a news update just fine, but my desktop does not receive any new posts at all. What could be causing this strange behaviour? Ping news.cvsnt.org results in Reply from 69.93.197.231: bytes=32 time=176ms TTL=44 on both machines so the IP address lookup seems to be OK.
