So it's using :ext:...  OK.  (cvsnt :ext: already defaults to ssh if
there's no CVS_RSH).

There's apparently already a cvsnt build in the freebsd ports collection (not
sure how it works though eg. how compatible they are).

I'll put it on the wishlist... should be possible.
