[cvsnt] Calling CVSNT from inside an application

This is a long shot, but theoretically, since TortoiseCVS is an Explorer 
shell extension, the commands it provides are also DDE verbs. This might 
mean that is is possible to call TortoiseCVS from Foxpro, but I have no 
idea how you would do it in practice.
