Just use the cvsnt cvs.exe instead of the cygwin version.  It works fine
for me in both environments without having to do anything special.
There's no need to have the cygwin cvs even be on the machine...

Could he use cvsnt for both win32 and cywin environments?  I would think

CVSNT could be compiled under cygwin, right?
