[cvsnt] Error FAIL Lock not within repository - How to solve ?

This works for me...

D:\t\CVSROOT>type CVS\Root

D:\t\CVSROOT>type CVS\Repository

D:\t\CVSROOT>cvs status
cvs server: Examining .
File: checkoutlist      Status: Up-to-date

Examining the lockserver shows the correct case is used as it should be.
