Hi , we are using CVSNT on the server with Linux and Unix (and Windows) clients. From Linux, if we check in a script file with permission bits 777 it is stored on the CVSNT server as 666 (as seen in the *,v file). We tried setting PreservePermissions=yes in the config file on the server but that does not seem to work. According that what I've read, CVS should save and restore the permission bits on files when checking in/out. Any suggestions ?
