[cvsnt] Failed to save crash dump (error 5)

Today, any CVS command from remote machine fails and it does CVS crash. CVS 
attempts create Crash Dump, but it fails with the (similar) message "Failed 
to save crash dump (error 5)".

How can I do to CVS can generate correct Crash Dump for send it to Tony (if 
you are interesting)
