Possibly the command cvs history can do this.
But I don't know how to set its many switches correctly.

 Respeted Sir ,
 
 I have following Requirement ,can i get solution to the following requiremnt through CVs.
 
Question 
 
  We are using the CVs nt for managing the source code and we are also Using the CVs mailer. 
Here we want to know 
 
1. which files are modified by  whom ?
 
2.Who accessed the CVS ? ( I mean a very Importent module)
 
3. Who imported the files to the Server?
 
4.We want all the above details by date wise ?
 
5. If i select the user name can i get the files modified by the person and the files uploded by the user name ?
 
Can CVs slove above my requiremnts?
