I have to take this back...
On both my machine and the test machine, the following occurs:

If my sandbox is something like this:
com/company/dir1/fileN.java (HEAD)
com/company/dir1/dir2/fileN.java (branch2)

branch2 will remain if I update from dir1.

however, if my sandbox is something like this:
com/company/dir1/fileN.java (branch1)
com/company/dir1/dir2/fileN.java (branch2)

branch2 will be removed in dir2, and replaced with branch1.

this is using 2.0.58a server, and 2.0.58b client side.

Can anyone else check this?

Thank you,
Joe E.
