[cvsnt] Rename File Permission Denied

Trying to commit changes to the CVSNT server. Get the following error:

CVSROOT: user at cvssession:/cvs (ssh authentication)

TCL is available, shell is enabled : help (select and press enter)

Same result with other files.

Setup:

CVSNT Server 2.0.58b
Win2K SP4
Cygwin OpenSSH

Client
Win XP SP2
WinCVS 1.3.17.2
Putty 0.56 SSH client.

Anybody got any clues?
