In regards to the 2.0.58c rename issue.  I don't see where anyone mentions they have tried this simple step that we have performed to work around the issue.

After much experimenting with this issue, we found that if before performing the commit, you change the permissions on the archive file to Writable (remove the read-only attribute) and then perform the commit it works perfectly.  The resulting archive is as expected a read-only file.  and all futther commits appear  to work correctly.  (yeah scary - we know - but it works when we had files to commit!)

I don't know that this still indicates that it is a permissions problem or some deeper WinNT ACL problem.  But those simple steps allowed us to perform our commits - and hopefully will help with determining the true cause for the problem.
