Let's me suggest a simple work around with Sun One 5.
Install on local machine CVSNT in client mode and insted of mounting Sun One
bult-in CVS, mount VCS generics and select CVS (Windows NT/2000) profile in
the wizard.
Setup all CVS server options and then set CVS Executable option to point at
cvs.exe in CVSNT installation dir.
It's work fine.
