[cvsnt] Setting ACL to work on a GROUP of people?

Groups definitely work on 2.0.58d but there is a problem with the
group file path. You need to have the group file as
${CVSROOT}CVSROOT/group for it to work.

For example if your CVSROOT is /usr/cvs you would need to have the
group file as /usr/cvsCVSROOT/group and then it works.

You can try running with trace (-ttt shows group processing if I
remember right) to see what's happening.
