Well, the whole point in thsi excercise is that the verious folders
are spread out in different locations in the repository and I want
them collected into a module that will check out all of the dependent
files as well as the actual project sources.
I want a few project files including a module description to be
checked out on the top level then everything else in subfolders.
Ampersand modules makes this possible except the top level files.
