I once configured exactly this setup successfully. Since cvsnt
no longer handles the authentication stuff all you need to do is
to get your ssh installation running (test-connect via putty to
your win2k machine) and to set the path to the cvs.exe in your
PATH environment variable.

Once this is setup'd you can easily connect via

:ext:user at server:/path/to/repo

My advise is to use a public/private key authentication since it
will get soon annoying to type in your password all the time =)
