I could not connect to the cvsnt site a few hours ago, but now it works.
As far as I can see the download page:
http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/Download
is "Immutable", which to me means that I cannot put a link there to the
Innosetup installer page...

Concerning the .iss script, I would need commit access to the cvsnt server in order 
to maintain the script file, but meanwhile I can actually put that as well into 
the installer download page so you can get at my version at least.

Definitely. And the .iss file should continue to be maintained in the
cvsnt.org repository IMO, so others could build installers based on the
"official" code as well.
