[cvsnt] cvs update is not updating

Could it be you accidentally added those files on a branch? This could
have happened if the parent folder was checked out on a branch at the
time the files and folders were added. In that case these files would
only be retrieved on an update or checkout when you explicitly request
the branch they were committed on.

When you saw those missing files using the log command did they have
proper trunk revision numbers (e.g. 1.1) or were they maybe on a branch
(e.g. 1.1.2.1)?
